I only took my boys out for bluebonnet photos this year. No clients or families this year.
I never know quite how I feel about bluebonnets until I photograph my first bluebonnet session. They are a love-hate for photographers. We struggle with how to price them, how to schedule them and then we pray it doesn't rain.
Many of you know that my background is in photojournalism. I used to cover natural disasters, presidential elections, high school athletics, community events, local fundraisers, car wrecks and everything in between. I LOVED it! My heart and soul and art is in telling visual stories.
